| Schandmaul side project 'Weto' |
|  Unbeknownst to many people, Schandmaul have had a side project for a number of years called Weto. An album titled 'Das 2weite Gesicht' is set to be released this Friday the 24th of November. This project is much more rock orientated than Schandmaul and they make use of e-guitars and keyboards. Touring kicked off a number of weeks ago. The vocals may take a bit of getting used to for new fans but are still worth checking out.

| Schandmaul's latest album "Mit Leib und Seele" is all ready for it's release date of 31 March. For those wishing to hear samples of the new album, two snippets of the songs 'Vor der Schlacht' and 'Dunkle Stunde' have been made avaliable on the Schandmaul site as well as another song from the 'Kein Weg zu weit' single. So far, pre-orders of the album have been very strong and this has seen the album consistantly within the top 10 of upcoming relases on Amazon.de

More news will be posted as it comes through | | | | | | | New Schandmaul Live album | | Schadmaul have released a new album which is a Live album simply called "Kunststück" . It was recorded live on the 17th of April this year at the Circus Krone in München. It is released in both CD and DVD format both of which are avaliable from amazon.de and the official Schandmaul site.
To follow up with this album, Schandmaul will undertake an accoustic tour beginning at the end of September.
