 More news on the upcoming KMFDM album 'Tohuvabohu'. The art work has been revealed and is once again the work of Brute! KMFDM's usual cover designer. The new album is said to remain true to the KMFDM direction while delving into other areas such as dance (“Looking For Strange”), metal (“Saft Und Kraft”) and industrial (“Spit Or Swallow”), along with the somewhat unexpected elements of darkwave (“Tohuvabohu”), sweeping epic (“Bumaye”) and even rock/pop (“Fait Accompli”).
Also included in the new album is a variety of languages including Latin, Hebrew, Lingala (an African language) and Spanish. The Spanish language cover of Liaisons Dangereuses’ dancefloor favorite “Los Niños Del Parque” provides a perfectly retro/electronic departure as one of the album’s most memorable tracks. The album is still set for a 21st August release.
