DieGrueneFee who works for the label needs you help: "Hello all, I noticed someone already mentioned Corvus Corax's signing to Noir Records... I am working with the label here in Philadelphia to promote the band and help them gain some recognition in order to boost record sales... The word so far is that if we can sell enough records, there is a strong possibility of a tour... There is also talk of signing Tanzwut if all goes well with Corvus Corax. The problem is finding a proper venue in which to promote a style of music that is so different from what many here have heard... The cd is being released on April 19th and will include a video track as well as some of the best known Corvus Corax songs. You can pre-order it here: http://www.noir-records.com For anyone in the area, it can also be purchased at Digital Ferret Records on 5th and South Street in Philadelphia... Digital Ferret and their mail-order site Isotank is a great place to buy all sorts of German music at a reasonable price... they carry In Extremo, Corvus Corax, Subway to Sally, Rammstein (and all the import singles!) and many other bands as well as a great selection of Gothic and Industrial music... I'll keep you all updated... " | | | | | | | Corvus Corax sign to U.S label | | Corvus Corax have signed up to a U.S record label for their Carmina Burana project. "Dancing Ferret Discs (Philadelphia, USA) welcomes German medieval music sensation Corvus Corax to their North American roster of artists. With a career that spans three decades, the band will first hit US soil with "The Best of Corvus Corax" to be released on Dancing Ferret's Noir sublabel on April 19th, 2005.
