I love kraftwerk, although I am having trouble finding their CDs

Amazon only carries (at a reasonable price not imported) The Mix, Tour De France Soundtracks, Electric Cafe (which supposedly sucks), and Computer World....and the ones I was told were best are Man Machine and Autobahn, Walmart.com has RadioActivity or whatever.

I'm not paying 27 (+/-)bucks for Man Machine

Electric Cafe has "Sex Object" and "Der Telephon Anruf"! It can't be bad! I'll continue hunting it.

I can't get over thinking Kraftwerk as 'sex objects'... teehee.

Just remembered: I dowloaded "Ralf und Florian", it's one of their earliest recordings, when Kraftwerk didn't even exist, when Ralf H?tter had a long hair and glasses and Florian Schneider looked more like a highschool jock than the gentleman we know him now...

I downloaded Die Autobahn nearly 8 months ago; and thought it was ok. Arndt had once reccommended some songs/albums to me over on Herzeleid. I have to say though; it never caught on for me.

I just somehow to find Kraftwerk very inviting (yet). Just seems cold and 'steely industrial' to me. But then people might say... what? And Rammstein and Megaherz is warm? Yeah. lol Even Eisbrecher is warm to me. But so far, Kraftwerk have not held much a higher a status than Einst?rzende Neubauten for me. Maybe I am just trying too hard. I haven't digested the rest of my music yet.

I think life is too short for listening music you don't like.

.... Holy cow, I also have dowloaded Kraftwerk 1 from 1970! All this while I was sleeping! ...but this means there was at least something called Kraftwerk in 1970. I guess "Ralf und Florian" was a somekind of a duo-solo album. This thing requires researching. 8)

P.S. Why do 70's albums sound like all the musicians were high on something...?

P.P.S How I wish I had known these guys in the 70's... musically they seem to be my soulmates. http://kraftwerk.technopop.com.br/interview_01.php
